Prior to 6:00 p.m.
Arrive in Pullman and check in at Regents Hall. Once you and your team have checked in, proceed to set up/assemble your project for display.*
6:00 – 9:30 p.m.
Welcome dinner and activities. Dress casually and come prepared for fun! Join us for a barbeque on the Student Recreation Center patio. After dinner and a short program, you will have the opportunity to use recreational facilities: swimming pool, sports courts, track, ping pong, billiards, and much more. Remember to bring your bathing suit if you plan on using the pool and/or hot tub.
7:00 p.m.
Team advisors meet with competition officials to review last-minute competition details.
*While we hope that teams can arrive and set up their displays by 6 p.m., we understand that some teams may need to arrive later in order to accommodate academic schedules. To make arrangements for a later arrival, please contact us (herrlingerj@wsu.edu or 509-335-0989).

Awards ceremony and keynote address by Denis Hayes
*Judges will visit displays and ask questions of students throughout the designated display hours: from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 10. There are no set presentation times, so you should have at least one student manning your project display at all times during the designated display hours. If your team has formal presentation materials (such as a film, PowerPoint presentation, etc.) you should limit your presentation to 10 minutes in length.
